Thanks to the support of our faithful KOVET customers over the years, the company was able to become very successful in the roles of manufacture, exporter and importer and most important of all the developer of various product namingly gas welding, cutting equipment, rubber hose, welding cables, welding electrodes and welding machines. The range of our products also extends to those safety products, power tools, pneumatic tools, garages tools and hardware under the name Kovet.

GOODWILL MACHINE COMPANY (originally named Prakornkij Hardware Limited) was found in 1987 by Mr. Praphon Loprasert, who has had long interest concerning industrial engineering and multi-marketing system. At the beginning, Mr. Loprasert established the company as a small shop on Charoen Nakorn Road, Bangkok together with family member staff. Also, in order to enhance customers’ trust and to strengthen products quality the ‘KOVET’ trademark was initiated.

In early 1992, the market expand into the neighbouring countries and for the response to the demand, the company was relocated to a more convenient district on Ratchadapisek-Thapra Road and expanded. This was also the point where the company’s name was change from Prakornkij Hardware Limited to Goodwill Machine Company. The company traded a variety of industrial product on the global market including welding hoses, welding cables, welding machine TIG/ MIG / Air Plasma /AC or DC, electric blower, angle grinder, circular saw, drill press, cut off machine, grinding wheel, cut off wheel, carbide, brushes, oxygen regulator, various gas regulator, pressure gauge, welding torch, cutting torch, profiling gas torch, spray gun, air tools, hydraulic jack, glove, protection cloth, safety products, garage tools and hardware tools.

By 1994, Mr. Loprasert recognised rubber to be the next investing opportunity since there is an abundant resource easily acquired in Thailand, therefore he decided to introduce new products including rubber hose, rubber welding cable, PVC, PU, TPU, industrial hose, tube, and rubber profiling products. This was achieved by establishing a new manufacturing factory in Sampran, Nakorn Phathom. This new factory was named WATANA CHOKE GROUP COMPANY LIMITED.

In 2002, a new warehouse was built not too far from the original head office, and the office itself was expanded and renovated. This was aimed to enhance customer service in the field of sales, delivery and technical follow up.

At present, our products are accepted by the global market to be of high standard with a good balance of quality and price. We also have service teams which are fast, punctual and possess good knowledge of product specifications. Furthermore, we can provide technical advices and troubleshooting with the help of our teams of professional in the sales and service department. Lastly, to fully ensure customers satisfaction, sample products are available on request.
