1. Cleaner (Blue Can) – Treatment

• Colorless
• Removes oil, grease, and contaminants
• Fast evaporating
• Safe for use on rubber and plastic

2. Penetrant (Red Can) – Penetrant

• Penetrates micro-cracks and fine surface defects
• Washable

3. Developer (White Can) – Developer

• White powder that reacts with the penetrant to reveal cracks and defects

How to Use

1. Wipe off oil, grease, and dust from the surface. Spray Mega Check – Treatment (Blue) onto the workpiece to thoroughly clean the area.

2. Spray Mega Check – Penetrant (Red) onto the inspection area so that the penetrant can seep into weld lines and surface cracks. Leave for approximately 5–60 minutes.

3. Wipe off the Mega Check – Penetrant (Red) from the surface, making sure all excess penetrant is removed.

4. Spray Mega Check – Developer (White) to detect cracks along the weld area. Leave for 10–30 minutes.

5. Observe the surface. If red marks appear, this indicates the presence of cracks or defects.
